Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Digital Product Manager (IaC) to lead strategy and roadmap for an enterprise Infrastructure as Code product area in Canada. This fully remote role collaborates with infrastructure engineering, security, and operations to transform provisioning, configuration, and recovery through automated, scalable solutions.

You will prioritize initiatives, drive adoption across teams, and mentor other product managers while delivering high-impact product outcomes in a complex enterprise

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in digital product management with ownership of roadmaps across multiple release cycles.
• At least two years coaching or mentoring product management colleagues.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud computing, compute platforms, platform engineering, or PaaS.
• Hands-on tooling with Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, or reusable infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code.
• Translate challenges into prioritized capabilities and user stories for multiple Agile release cycles.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and collaboration with infrastructure and platform teams and security partners.
• Prioritize reusable, tested infrastructure capabilities to reduce manual handoffs and inconsistencies.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics including adoption, delivery speed, and reliability.
