Job Description:

• Provide support and oversight for project management activities to ensure high-quality project delivery under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• May be responsible for managing a specific phase of a project or overseeing a smaller-scale governance project with coaching from a Project Manager.
• Coordinate overall project efforts, maintain status reporting, and ensure project stability.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks, including status updates, using project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Administer and track projects through all phases, from initiation to completion.
• Identify scheduling issues and potential project risks.
• Ensure alignment with governance and processes, following guidance from project managers, QA, and compliance teams regarding procedures, metrics, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• College diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to follow-ups and task completion.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report on statistical data.
• Capable of interpreting and applying organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
