About the Role

Vantage is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team! We’re searching for a Project Manager who has a history of working with SaaS products, who’s an expert at collaborating with the engineering teams that build them, and who’s just as good at interfacing directly with the clients who need them.

The role is based in Toronto (or the GTA) Canada, but will operate remotely apart from some minimal travel and team get-togethers. So, if this sounds like the role for you, read on!

Minimum Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

  • An established background working in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.

  • Proficiency in managing projects using the Agile methodology.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet project management software.

  • A clear history of managing client relationships.

  • Bonus: CAPM or CSM certifications.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client-facing projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with business objectives.

  • Navigate technical environments with ease; understand software architecture and translate complex concepts into clear business terms.

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure proactive communication and strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with developers and internal teams to manage timelines, remove blockers, and ensure smooth software launches.

  • Conduct post-launch retrospectives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Influence strategic process design and contribute to internal process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency across Vantage.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 15%).
