For our client, an innovation-driven company applying AI and digital technologies to reshape operations in heavy industries, we’re looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d)

to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. This person will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing timelines, scope, and team collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, leading meetings and driving accountability.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Monitor and assess project risks, defining mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage scope variations and change requests, ensuring all changes are tracked and documented.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal project management practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) is required
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Ability to manage communication effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues, evaluating options, and proactively managing risks.
• Experience in coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, ensuring accountability, and promoting collaboration.

Location: Indonesia. It’s a home office based position, but it is required to travel frequently to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
