Job summary

Hub Capital, a division of HUB International, is seeking a Dealer Services Administrator in Woodbridge. This hybrid role supports advisors with back-office tasks, account maintenance, and timely processing of transactions.

You will liaise with carriers, provide first-level trouble-shooting, and help onboard new advisors. The ideal candidate has 2 years of customer service in the investment industry, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on business transactions and account maintenance, and correct errors
• Second-tier support for advisors with inquiries and concerns
• Ensure business is processed accurately and timely
• Liaise with carriers and fund companies on HUB's behalf
• Provide system access and first-level troubleshooting
• Assist with onboarding new advisors
• Maintain advisor information and corrections with other departments
• Track leveraged accounts accurately
• Prepare, review, and deliver statements on time
• Collaborate with internal customers to resolve back-office issues
• Assist with special projects including testing and implementation

Dealer Services Administrator Woodbridge (Hybrid) Hub Capital, a division of HUB International, is one of Canada’s largest independent Managing General Agencies (MGA).

What You’ll Do

• Follow-up on business transactions and account maintenance as well as identifying and correcting errors.
• Second tier support for advisors with inquiries and concerns.
• Ensuring business is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of HUB.
• Providing system access and first level trouble-shooting
• Assisting with new advisor onboarding .
• In cooperation with other departments managing maintenance of advisor information and corrections
• Maintain accurate tracking of leveraged accounts.
• Involved in statement creation, review, and delivering statements on time.
• Working with internal customers to resolve back office administrative issues.
• Assisting with special projects including testing and implementation as assigned

What You’ll Need for Success

• Customer Service Experience 2 years investment industry experience, back office preferred
• Experience with FundSERV is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented with strong accuracy
• Solid command of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Team player
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, utilizing good priority and time management skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level
