Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to expand our Medicine Hat region. You will drive new business while maintaining existing accounts, engaging engineers, maintenance and purchasing teams, and presenting tailored solutions to enhance performance.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account development, and achieving sales targets. A regional travel pattern with autonomy is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical/outside sales in industrial MROs, OEMs or bearings/power transmission.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sales focused with ability to prospect and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business while maintaining existing territory in Medicine Hat region.
• Prospect for new customers, set appointments and demonstrate product benefits.
• Build strategic relationships to understand customer goals and deliver value propositions.
