Grand River Personnel is seeking an Industrial Recruiter to build relationships with job seekers and clients, manage full-cycle recruitment, and thrive in a fast-paced office.
This permanent, full-time, in-office position requires daytime availability with no remote or hybrid option. You will screen and interview candidates, match them to opportunities, maintain recruiting databases, and ensure onboarding and safety policies are followed.
Grand River Personnel is a locally owned and operated full-service staffing agency that has been proudly serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area since 1978. We are growing our team and are looking for an Industrial Recruiter who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making things happen in a fast-paced environment.

This is for a permanent, full-time, in-office (Remote or hybrid can not be accommodated) position requiring full daytime availability. The successful candidate will be organized, professional, confident communicating with both clients and job seekers, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Compensation: $43,680 – $49,920 Annually, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
