Job summary

Arrow Engineered Products Woodstock is seeking a Painter to join the paint line in Woodstock, Ontario. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and work with the production team to meet quality and throughput goals.

Responsibilities include setting up the line, prepping parts, spray painting, inspecting for defects, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety programs. A secondary school diploma is required; painting experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent; painting experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of wet paint mixing and application processes.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up the paint line for various paint jobs.
• Washes and preps parts for painting.
• Spray paints parts and perform pre/post inspection.
• Maintain paint equipment and suggest throughput improvements.
• Follow safety protocols and manage lifting tasks as required.
