You will handle surface preparation, mix coatings to match colours, and apply finishes using industrial spray equipment to meet strict quality standards.

You will inspect completed work, ensure durability and colour consistency, and maintain spray gear and the work area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spray painting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with surface preparation and colour matching.
• Knowledge of WHMIS and safety regulations.
• Ability to read work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and materials, mix paints to match colours, and apply coatings using spray equipment.
• Apply paint and coatings with consistent coverage and thickness, adjusting techniques as needed.
• Inspect finished work for defects and ensure it meets quality standards; perform cleanup.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment and work area; report safety concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures including WHMIS requirements.
