Job summary

North West Rubber is hiring for a Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Brantford facility. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $32.00–$36.00 with overtime opportunities and long-term career stability within a well-established manufacturing company.

You will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and work with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using our CMMS system.
• Order and track maintenance parts and inventory.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance repairs as required.
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will:
