Job summary
Choice Properties General Partnership Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for the Industrial portfolio in Toronto.
The role focuses on enhancing property value through proactive leasing support, tenant negotiations, and market intelligence to optimize occupancy and returns. You will collaborate with asset management, property management, construction and legal teams to standardize lease processes and drive leasing programs.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education related to real estate, business, and/or finance.
- Solid understanding of lease documents and real estate terminology.
- Results-focused with a track record of delivering leasing results.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary leasing support for assigned projects.
- Champion all leasing initiatives within the industrial portfolio.
- Negotiate tenant deals, offers and leases within established parameters.
- Review and obtain internal approvals for each deal including assignments and subleases.
- Provide market intelligence for tenant mix and portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with asset management, property management, construction and legal to standardize lease policies and documents.
- Create leasing programs aligned with company strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
