Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Industrial and/or Commercial Property Management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Experience working collaboratively with operations, leasing, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in executing operational and financial strategies.
• Oversee property management activities to ensure efficient asset operation.
• Monitor financial performance of properties and assist with budgeting.
• Provide leadership and coaching to property management staff.
