Ultipro is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the local contact for plant and office users, handling PCs, mobile devices, and office technologies. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues while coordinating with IT teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience with Windows environments, AD/GP, and M365, plus strong customer service and documentation skills. On-site role with occasional travel in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows environments and end-user technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and business apps.
• Experience with AD, Group Policy, M365, endpoint management, and device deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line IT support for plant and office users, PCs, mobile devices, printers, scanners, tablets, kiosks, conference-room tech, and business apps.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; own incidents through resolution.
• Prioritize issues and escalate as needed to IT or vendors.
• Support local infrastructure and shop-floor tech with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application teams.
