Job summary

Quadbridge, a fast-growing IT solutions provider with offices in Montreal, seeks an intermediate Systems Administrator to deliver internal IT support and manage Microsoft 365 services. The role covers end‑user devices, identity management, and infrastructure, with a focus on security, automation, and documentation.

You will troubleshoot both client and server areas, participate in internal IT projects, and help drive productivity with modern tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive IT support, systems administration, or internal IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience supporting end users, endpoints, business applications, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support for desktop, laptop, mobile, apps, access, printer, VPN, and collaboration issues.
• Own internal IT tickets from intake to resolution, including documentation, communication, and escalation.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, file services, backups, monitoring and virtualized infrastructure.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects, runbooks, and automation using PowerShell and AI-assisted workflows.
