Job summary

PTW Energy Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical construction projects in the Vancouver area. You will oversee field operations, manage crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

The role requires a strong leadership history in industrial construction, hands-on electrical expertise, and the ability to read P&ID and electrical drawings, with a focus on safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in industrial electrical construction projects.
• Strong ability to supervise field crews and coordinate activities.
• Excellent communication with clients, subs, and internal teams.
• Ability to read Instrumentation, Electrical, and P&ID drawings.
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, direct, and schedule electrical field personnel to meet project objectives.
• Supervise electrical construction activities ensuring safety and spec compliance.
• Assist in optimizing electrical and mechanical design drawings and field execution plans.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, monitoring progress and costs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and scheduling updates.
