Job summary

Edgewater Industrial Services Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for our Northern Ontario refinery project.

You will direct electrical construction activities, ensure safety and compliance with codes, and coordinate with mechanical, QA/QC, and client representatives to meet schedule targets. Responsibilities include planning, supervising crews, reviewing drawings and P&IDs, and mentoring field staff.

Qualifications

• Red Seal or Journeyperson Electrician Certification required.
• 10+ years in industrial electrician construction.
• 5+ years in superintendent or senior supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical installation activities.
• Lead crews and mentor site electricians; manage timesheets and equipment needs.
• Develop and maintain inspection/test reports for high‑voltage equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, permits, and project specs.
