Job summary

hrsystem seeks a Customer Sales & Service Representative in Saskatoon, SK, to support Branch Managers and Sales Reps in growing LGG Industrial customers. This on-site role reports to the Team Leader and requires strong customer service, accuracy, and teamwork.

You will process inquiries, quote customers, assist with new accounts and collections, and maintain relationships while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Training provided for company software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year B2B customer service experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, customer portals and email
• Ability to perform basic math
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law)

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Partner with Sales Representatives to provide sales quotes
• Process incoming inquiries into the sales system
• Quote customers using knowledge of product
• Help achieve budgeted Branch sales goals
• Assist A/R with new accounts and follow up on collections
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives and Branch to keep account activities updated
• Monitor delivery date commitments and expedite when needed
• Monitor customer inventory for order fulfillment
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Provide technical/service support to account management and customers
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified
