Job summary

The Fastener Group Ltd. in Regina, SK is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to process customer orders, answer inquiries on products, pricing and availability, and deliver professional service with accurate product knowledge.

You will support outside sales, help customers in-person and over the phone, and contribute to a smooth sales experience by identifying customer needs and providing timely information. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in the industry.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management with the ability to balance priorities and high attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency; willingness to learn new software programs.
• Motivated with a desire to be successful.
• Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of Fasteners & Tools products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers in a professional manner.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
• Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
• Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
