Job summary

ESS Compass seeks an Industrial Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in a high-demand industrial setting. You will support daily operations by ensuring facilities meet safety, hygiene, and client standards.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of industrial areas, sanitizing surfaces, waste handling, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment while following site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and comply with ongoing site testing requirements.

Work Conditions:

• Day or night shifts, depending on site needs.
• Industrial environment with strict safety compliance requirements.
• Food allowance for 8+hr/day of $28.50.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.05 .Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
