COMPASS GROUP CANADA in Canada is seeking an Industrial Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in a high-demand industrial setting. You will support daily operations by ensuring facilities meet safety, hygiene, and client standards.

The role involves cleaning duties, safety compliance, and reporting needs; on-site shifts (day or night) with a wage around CAD 20.05 per hour, plus a food allowance for long shifts. Canadian work experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and comply with ongoing site testing requirements.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.05. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
