Job summary

Appliance Canada is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a major industrial distribution centre project in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will drive safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.

The role offers ownership of site operations from start to completion with travel/FIFO considered; accommodation support will be provided for out-of-town candidates, and an expedited hiring process is available.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial, industrial, warehouse, distribution centre, or similar complex projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with solid scheduling and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day site operations and field activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
• Work with project management to resolve site challenges and maintain objectives.
