Job summary

ARCO/Murray International Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up cold storage, light industrial, and commercial projects across Canada. You will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to project specifications while upholding our safety standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive construction experience, demonstrated leadership on complex sites, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on jobs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend project information reviews and assist preplanning.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with schedules and progress.
• Direct and control construction to meet specifications and schedule.
• Prepare and review job progress and cost reports and requisitions.
• Maintain safety program adherence on all project phases.
• Report regularly to project manager and keep stakeholders informed.
