Appliance Canada is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a major industrial distribution centre project in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will drive safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.

The role offers ownership of site operations from start to completion with travel/FIFO considered; accommodation support will be provided for out-of-town candidates, and an expedited hiring process is available.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial, industrial, warehouse, distribution centre, or similar complex projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with solid scheduling and site coordination.

Location: Regina, SK (Travel/FIFO Considered)
A well-established Western Canadian general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a major industrial distribution centre project in Regina, Saskatchewan.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale build (100 sq ft) valued at approximately $25M, overseeing site operations from construction throughpletion. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance on a landmark project.
