• Class 1A driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
• Own your own truck (5 years or newer).
• LCV experience is an asset.
• Ability to drive in all terrains.
• Experience with heaters and reefers.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Safe driving record verified by a current driver's abstract.
• Ability to perform all duties without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner.
• Handle freight and freight documents.
• Perform Pre‑trip, post‑trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks.

Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd. requires an Independent Contractors Team for our Domestic Fleet. The position runs Toronto – Vancouver 1 time per week with scheduled departure days.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Handle freight and freight documents
• Perform Pre‑trip, post‑trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Professional communication with customers
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety
• Perform all other duties as requested
