About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative with a background in selling high-value building materials including but not limited to, paneling, siding, cladding, decking, fencing. This individual will be responsible for selling our products to contractors, designers, homeowners, builders, and other trade professionals. The ideal candidate will excel in handling objections and positioning our solutions as the superior choice. They must thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment and be a self-starter who does not require constant administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, live chat, email, and texting.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers, positioning our solutions as the better option compared to competitors.
  • Manage and overcome customer objections in an educated and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system and set reminders for follow-up to ensure a deep pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically selling high-value building materials and finishes.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and position solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Must be proficient with computers and typing quickly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and without micromanagement.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
