About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with customers, and ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and CRM follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building – Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer needs are met and long-term partnerships are built.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Manage and track opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Quoting & Negotiation – Prepare quotes, respond to pricing requests, and negotiate terms to maximize deal closure rates.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations – Understand Allied’s product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling – Identify opportunities to expand customer orders by offering complementary components and solutions.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to continuously improve outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the electronics or industrial components industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical buyers and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a strong desire to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote sales team while maintaining a high level of independence.
- Bonus: Experience selling electronic components, industrial products, or distribution-based solutions.
