You’ll be reaching out to property owners on behalf of our tenants, helping them find the perfect home, andyou control how much you earn. Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150 outbound calls per dayto property owners on behalf of our tenants to help secure rental properties.
• Utilize theleads and sales trainingprovided to successfully connect with property owners and find homes for tenants.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, with the ability to earnan average of $100,000/ yearbased on commissions.
• Occasionallytravel to our officelocations for company meetings or to meet with property owners to pick up keys for showings (All travel expenses are compensated).
• Take ownership of your schedule and performance while managing your earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7 years of outbound sales experiencewith a proven track record of success.
• 2-3 years of experience working from home, comfortable with remote work and self-management.
• Strong organizational skillsand aproactive, entrepreneurial mindset. This is an independent role, so you must be able to manage your time effectively.
• Must have acomputer with at least 16GB of RAM(32GB preferred), anoise-canceling headset, andhigh-speed internet.
• You must beoutgoing, confident on the phone, and ready to face the challenges of outbound sales with energy and determination.
• Must be able totravel occasionallyto office locations or meet with property owners for key exchanges and showings.
