Job summary

A fast-growing company in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Graduate Sales Development Representative. This role offers the opportunity to manage a pipeline of leads, engage customers, and develop sales skills in a collaborative remote work environment. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with an undergraduate degree, ideally in a Science discipline, and a passion for sales.

  • Manage pipeline of pre-qualified leads and convert them to demos of the SciLeads SaaS platform.
  • Speak directly with customers to arrange demos.
  • Work directly with Sales Managers and manage the CRM.

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline of pre-qualified leads and converting them to demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform. You will also be a key part of the sales process and the company's success. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales skills and learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry within a well-established, highly successful sales engine.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified leads and convert them to demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform
  • Speak directly with customers via phone call, email, and LinkedIn to arrange demos
  • Manage and work with the CRM
  • Work directly with Sales Managers
  • Be a key part of the sales process and the company’s success

Who you are, the essential skills :

  • An undergraduate degree, ideally in a Science discipline
  • High levels of drive and willingness to learn
  • A desire to work in fast-paced sales environment with a significant degree of self-reliance
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Ideally, you'll have some experience in :

  • A customer-facing experience
  • Or experience working within the Life Science Industry, or Pharmaceutical Industry
