Job summary

TST-CF Express is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor for our Edmonton Service Centre. The role reports to the Terminal Manager and oversees supervision and coordination of inbound operations, including routing, loading/unloading, and on-time departures.

Shifts run from 12 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. You will work with the operations team to meet targets, ensure efficient shipments, and provide customer escalation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation/operational environments.
• Forklift knowledge is an asset.
• Unionized environment experience is an asset.
• Proficient with email and online tools.
• AS400 experience is an asset.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines in a high transactional operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties to support an efficient operation.
• Maintain Company OH&S standards.
• Collaborate with operations to meet targets and objectives.
• Oversee operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
• Plan and coordinate LTL shipments.
• Provide support in warehouse and logistics.
• Handle customer escalation situations requiring attention.
• Ensure proper utilization of line-haul trailers.
• Communicate issues to management.
