Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse, and transportation would be an asset; proficient computer skill with MS Office Suite, AS400 and Excel.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal skills communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of the Edmonton area would be an asset as there are some dispatch duties.
• Completion of company reports relating to operations.
• Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail and other correspondence.

Shift hours: Mon to Fri 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
