Job summary

TF Truckload & Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily trucking, yard, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead drivers, dispatchers, yard personnel, and warehouse teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of materials.

Responsibilities include dispatch, routing, load planning, inventory control, and KPI monitoring, with collaboration across Safety, HR, Maintenance, and Accounting to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years of experience in trucking, transportation, yard, or warehouse operationsis required
• Experience with pipe transportation and/or over-dimensional loads is required
• General warehousing experience is required
• Proven leadershipexperience supervising operational teams
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, fleet operations, and safety compliance
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), electronic logging devices (ELDs), and warehouse or inventory management systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance targets
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) is considered an asset

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes, and service delivery.
