Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our store. You will engage with guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture while guiding customers through transactions and omnichannel options.

You will work flexibly with the team, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment and leveraging strong communication to assist guests across peak times and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if required).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor.
• Explain product features and benefits with authentic brand voice.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Assist with transactions and restock to keep the floor presentable and inviting.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistent guest service and store operations.
