What You'll Do
  • Proactively prospect and cold call decision-makers in target industries
  • Confidently pitch our services and handle objections like a pro
  • Move prospects through the pipeline and close deals consistently
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot) with precision
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Must-Have
  • 1+ year sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell services (not just products)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume prospecting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated closing ability you know how to create urgency and win the deal
  • Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
Nice-to-Have
  • College diploma or degree (preferred)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong objection-handling skills without getting defensive
  • Quick thinker in fast-paced environments
  • Contact center or SaaS sales experience
