Bayshore HealthCare Brantford Branch is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team, delivering in-home and community-based care with a flexible schedule. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing client support, with a mix of in-person visits and virtual care.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy; registered and in good standing.
• One year of OT experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a home/community setting with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients, establish and revise treatment plans and discharge goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document progress.
• Collaborate with the health team and educate clients/care providers.
• Provide guidance to staff assisting in the OT program.
