Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for casual, independent contractor work in Windsor, ON and surrounding areas. The role involves in-home assessments and interventions to support clients in their homes.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating clients, and collaborating with the health team. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and provincial registration; two years of OT experience is preferred.

Role - Occupational Therapist Position Type - Casual, Independent Contractor Location of Work - Windsor, ON and surrounding areas Work Environment - Home Care Pay Rate - $70-100/hr
The Occupational Therapist, under the direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation or Clinical Manager, is responsible for the completion of professional activities that include: assessment, treatment, education, and management of clients requiring Occupational Therapy intervention.
Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy. Registered and in good standing with provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
At least two (2) years providing Occupational Therapy services, preferred. Experience with in-home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and the legal system, particularly medical/legal report writing is an asset. Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients. Dependent upon Provincial government regulations, and the position being applied for, new hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc.
