Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services. The role involves assessment, developing treatment plans, educating clients, and managing OT interventions under the supervision of Rehabilitation leadership.

The position requires Masters in Occupational Therapy and active registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists. Ongoing education and adherence to Bayshore policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
• Experience in in-home assessments is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional education and compliance with policies.

Responsabilités

• Assessment of clients and ongoing evaluation and revision of treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per College standards.
• Collaborate with health team and communicate treatment plans to clients.
• Guide and supervise aides assisting in the OT program.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and corporate information.
