What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent background demonstrating mathematical ability
2. Associate level - Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
3. Consultant level - Minimum 8 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
4. Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience working with Excel and Access VBA is a plus
2. Bilingualism would be considered an asset
