What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
  2. Manage projects to configure ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results
  3. Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs
  4. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
  5. Train and support development of junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent coursework demonstrating mathematical ability
  2. Associate level - Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
  3. Consultant level - Minimum 8 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
  4. Proficiency in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience working with Excel and Access VBA is a plus
  2. Bilingualism would be considered an asset
