Job summary

Technosub Group is seeking an Inside Sales support person to liaise with customers, prepare quotes, manage orders, and coordinate with multiple departments. You will ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and help push orders through to meet deadlines.

Fluency in French with good English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across teams are essential to deliver reliable service in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a DVS or DCS in a relevant field (administration, sales, etc.) combined with 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or mining environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries in collaboration with technical sales reps.
• Prepare, review, and submit quotes by validating technical information and selecting parts and item numbers.
• Create and manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate order processing with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to meet deadlines.
• Verify product availability and follow up on parts status and shipping dates.
• Prepare and complete required order processing documents (work orders, shipping docs, invoices).
• Collaborate with estimating and billing teams to ensure efficient processing of requests and orders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and order management processes.
• Maintain customer data quality and report issues affecting order processing or satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as needed.
