Qualifications
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in mine waste, tailings, or geotechnical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and delivering multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate tailings storage facilities and related systems with safety and sustainability at the forefront.
- Lead geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations to support critical decisions.
- Oversee projects from concept to execution in Canada and globally.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Support permitting, environmental planning, and risk management frameworks.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development.
