Job summary

Cohen Immigration Law seeks an organized immigration files manager to oversee cases from intake to government submission. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with lawyers and using our AI-enhanced dashboard to move files forward.

Experience in immigration is a plus but not required. We value strong communication, fast learning, and comfort with CRM and dashboard tools to minimize Busywork and improve client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using CRMs, dashboards, and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of immigration files with timely, clear, professional communications.
• Use the operations dashboard and client portal to track files and deadlines.
• Collect and review client documents, prepare submission packages, and coordinate with lawyers for QC.
• Keep files moving and unblock bottlenecks when needed.
• Escalate complex legal questions to supervising attorney with proper context.
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest automation to reduce manual tasks.
