Green and Spiegel is seeking an US Immigration Case Analyst to support intake, processing and client follow-up across E-1, E-2, L-1 and TN matters. The role offers exposure to Canada’s largest immigration practice and a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong writing and client-service skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy. Opportunities for growth and mentorship are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma or Certificate is required
• Experience working with E-1, E-2, L-1 and TN applications is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent writing abilities is a requirement
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application process, evaluate qualifications, and research requirements for different types of applications.
• Prepare submission packages for both basic and complex submissions and submit to government agencies.
• Assist in client intake and respond to inquiries by e-mail and/or phone to ensure processing.
• Organize and manage files, track dates, and handle spreadsheets and submission packages.
