Job summary

Alma seeks a creative and analytical immigration attorney to sit at the intersection of sales, strategy, and content. You will be the legal engine behind our sales motion: turning intake facts into a clear, defensible eligibility strategy and then transforming patterns into scalable content, tools, and systems.

In this role, you will partner with Marketing to shape Alma’s voice across community engagement, education, and customer materials, ensuring accuracy and practical guidance while building

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment-based immigration law.
• Experience with a broad range of visa categories (O-1A/B, EB-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, PERM).
• Exceptional writing ability to explain complex immigration concepts clearly.
• Comfortable educating people and building trust through thoughtful communication.
• Experience creating educational content and public-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary legal partner to Marketing, shaping Alma's voice across social media, educational resources, and customer-facing materials.
• Translate legal expertise into clear, accurate guidance and scalable content/tools.
• Develop scalable systems and resources for Alma's immigration knowledge base and content library.
