About the role

Leadership: The Moves Coordinator reports to the Team Lead, Services. The Moves Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the building and deployment of computer systems, and using Remedy software to update tickets.

  • Review the moves queue and action all moves received
  • Work closely with Corporate Properties to coordinate all operational and project moves
  • Contact clients via phone, email, or Teams
  • Coordinate deployment logistics, including scheduling multiple deployment resources

What we’re looking for

  • IT-related Certificate or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A+ certification (asset)
