Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator for a well-established General Contractor in North York, ON, to support ongoing and upcoming ICI projects across the GTA. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams to gain exposure to full-cycle delivery.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career, offering mentorship, a clear path to Project Manager, and a stable pipeline of work with a reputable builder.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within construction.
• Exposure to ICI construction projects (Institutional addition/renovation experience preferred).
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Site teams throughout the full construction lifecycle
• Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
• Maintain and update project logs and tracking systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes
• Attend project meetings and take detailed minutes
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

A well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of ICI new build projects is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their growing team. This opportunity has opened up due to an internal promotion, and the team is looking for someone who can step in and support ongoing and upcoming projects across the GTA.
