Reliance Impact in Toronto is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up ICI construction projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, and client expectations from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has proven ICI project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and owners to deliver safe, high-quality, on-budget results.

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can manage schedules, budgets, contracts, trades, consultants, and client expectations from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing institutional, commercial, or industrial builds and understands how to keep complex projects moving while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.
