Job summary

Nova Scotia Association of Architects (NSAA) seeks an Officer, Internship in Architecture Program (IAP) and Renewals to support regulatory mandate, manage pre-licensure processes, and oversee annual member and corporate permit renewals.

In a small, collaborative team, you will maintain regulatory records, ensure continuing education compliance, communicate with members and firms, and help improve workflows and data management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administrative, regulatory, licensing, certification, membership, or records management processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a small team with initiative, accountability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Internship in Architecture Program (IAP) and related pre-licensure processes.
• Oversee annual member and corporate permit renewal processes.
• Maintain regulatory records and support continuing education compliance.
• Communicate with members and architectural firms and help improve workflows and data management.
