Job summary

EY in Canada is seeking an intermediate-level Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support the Cyber Managed Identity Services team. You will help deliver IAM services across IGA, PAM, MFA, and Conditional Access, handling day-to-day tickets, investigations, documentation, and service procedures.

The role is client-facing, requires hands-on IAM experience, and involves working with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, identity operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in at least two IAM areas (IGA, PAM, MFA, or Conditional Access).
• Relevant certifications are assets (e.g., Microsoft Identity, PAM/IGA/IAM).
• We currently have opportunities in our Dieppe office for full-time evening, overnight and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including workflow monitoring and coordination with application owners.
• Process access request workflows, entitlement catalog updates, reconciliation, and access certification campaigns.
• Investigate provisioning failures, connector issues, and entitlement discrepancies.
• Maintain operational records, audit evidence, and reporting for IGA services.
• Process privileged access requests, time-bound access, and emergency access activities (PAM).
• Monitor PAM platform health and update documentation and audit artifacts.
• Support MFA enrolment, bypasses, and policy changes; maintain audit records.
