Job summary

EY is seeking an intermediate-level Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support the Cyber Managed Identity Services team in Dieppe, New Brunswick. You will help deliver IAM services across IGA, PAM, MFA, and Conditional Access, handling day-to-day operations, investigations, and service procedures.

You will work with clients and internal teams, contribute to documentation, and participate in governance meetings, incident management, and service reviews, ensuring auditable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, identity operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in at least two IAM areas (IGA, PAM, MFA, Conditional Access).

Responsibilities

• Support joiner/mover/leaver processes and workflow monitoring.
• Assist access request workflows, entitlement catalog updates, and access certification campaigns.
• Investigate provisioning failures, connector issues, and entitlement discrepancies.
• Maintain audit records and reporting for in-scope IGA services.
• Process privileged access requests and monitor credential rotation.
• Support MFA enrolment issues and Conditional Access changes.
• Log and manage IAM incidents and requests per ITSM processes.
