Job summary

A leading Canadian technology company is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Analyst to lead the design and management of secure IAM programs. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in IAM, including hands-on work with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta. Responsibilities include managing access control, overseeing IAM processes, and supporting security audits. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and offers a competitive salary range of $90-125k CAD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IAM / access management experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM, certificate management, and system configuration initiatives.
• Design and manage a full IAM program (RBAC + PAM).
• Administer hybrid identity tools including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta.
